We stand by the products we manufacture. If you have any issues with the quality of your product, you can return it to us.
When is the guarantee valid from?
The guarantee is valid from the original date of purchase.
What does the guarantee cover?
The guarantee covers defects in material and/or construction.
What is not covered by the guarantee?
The guarantee does not cover damage due to (fair) wear and tear, crash
damage, accidental damage, rips, tears, abrasion, chemical or fuel
damage, UV degradation, misuse or neglect.
What is considered as (fair) wear and tear?
(Fair) wear and tear refers to the reasonable and practical expected
life span of the product in use. If something is extensively used it may
naturally wear out and that may happen before the end of the guarantee
period.
How to claim on the 2-Year Guarantee
RaceReady products are constructed using only the best materials and processes available and problems are very rare, but if you do have any issues, in the first instance please contact the authorised reseller where you purchased the product from.
Where this is not possible RaceReady are happy to assist with a guarantee claim. To contact us about a guarantee either e-mail info@weareraceready.com with a picture and description of the problem and confirm when and where your product was purchased and where in the world you are.
Return postage costs will not be covered so please do contact us before sending any products back. Sometimes we can fix the problem before you spend money on return postage.
A proof of purchase will always be required. Only RaceReady products purchased through an authorised reseller/retailer are covered by the guarantee.

RaceReady reserves the right to repair or replace products at their discretion in line with the policies of the 2-Year Guarantee.
In the case of a replacement a direct “like for like” model will be offered or an equivalent model if the original is no longer in production/available. No cash alternative is available.
The 2-Year Guarantee is valid from the date of purchase and covers the original owner against defects in material and /or workmanship and is limited to repair or replacement of the product, not consequential damage or associated costs.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

How much does your shipping cost?
We ship free to UK addresses for any order over £30.
For the rest of the world, we have varying shipping rates.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 70 countries. (The only countries we don't currently ship to are: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Kosovo, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Slovenia, Tunisia, Vietnam). This is mainly due to shipping costs and customs issues.
Do I need to pay customs charges?
Yes, for international orders, customs fees may apply. Please check your country's rules before ordering. We have no control over additional charges to customs clearance. If you refuse the package for this reason, customs authorities may charge us an administration fee, and this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount once your package arrives back to us.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-working day.
For UK orders, we aim to have your order delivered within 3-working days of purchase. For International orders, we aim to have your order delivered within 14-days but this is often much sooner.

You can create an account to track your orders and start a return process if you need to.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
When is my card charged?
Your payment will be processed immediately and this will show up on your statement within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
